Our stay at this hotel was quite the mixed bag. While the room was well-decorated and spacious, the unexpected quirks of dining and parking were a bit frustrating. The location was excellent, with a variety of restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it offered decent value for the price, but there are definite areas for improvement.

My time at the Amado Boutique Hotel was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were cozy and spacious, giving off a pleasant homely vibe. On the other hand, my experience with customer service left a lot to be desired, which unfortunately impacted my overall feelings about the hotel. The location is definitely a plus, right in the heart of Stockton Heath with many dining options nearby. However, the breakfast could use some improvement as the selection was not as great as I had hoped.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and decorated modernly, providing a great atmosphere to relax and do some work.

The service experience was mixed; while some staff were accommodating, others did not display the level of customer service I expected.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in Stockton Heath, within walking distance of various restaurants and pubs, making it very convenient for dining out.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offerings were tasty but somewhat limited, and often it became a bit chaotic with everyone needing to be seated at once.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a lovely lounge area, although additional facilities like a pool would have enhanced the experience.

The Amado Boutique Hotel offered a delightful stay with its spacious and charming rooms, perfect for both leisure and work. The location is excellent, just a short stroll away from a variety of restaurants and pubs, making it super convenient for dining. I appreciated the home-cooked breakfast options, but there could be more variety to choose from. Overall, it was a good value for the price, though the noise from the main road was a slight drawback.
